We believe that the CONSENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF ANY TYPE OF PERFORMANCE SHOULD BE AUTOMATIC UPON TICKET PURCHASE. Participation and responsibility should be left up to the individual attendee and Artist be held harmless for the music that moves them. "it’s about as irrational as the artist filing suit against the audience for being in their way when stage diving. The act of the dive and the audience being there are each shortsighted and irresponsible acts taken on by choice. The erosion of the sense of personal responsibility continues to escalate and even scarier, be embraced as “normal.” As Artist we would like the freedom to continue to offer the best part of our music, dance and performance arts yet we need to now draw the line if we are to continue and determine exactly how creative will we be allow to go without getting sued?
