It's official, Fishbone clarified their position regarding the taping and trading of their live performances. Basically, the audio / video / photo capture of the live shows is allowed as long as (1) You get a prior authorization (and FishboneLive.org help you do that in three clicks or so), (2) Fishbone get a copy of the material and (3) keep exclusive rights of commercial exploitation of the material.
