This show was a free recording for a TV show (can't remember the name for sure - Global Cafe? never saw it either).  Fishbone and the African artist Tabu Ley were on the bill.  Didn't really know what to expect, but y'know, it's Fishbone - gotta go!

 Anyway two stages set up, one of them facing down towards the main stage (seriously sloping floor at the Academy as anyone who has been to allnighters there will tell you), I guess so they could do quick changeovers.  Guess which stage Fishbone played on?  Of course, the one where you had to dance uphill!  Ah well.

Short set, key songs from the time, Freddie's Dead, Bonin, etc.  I remember a Ska/Acid house tune featuring Buster Bloodvessel was playing before they came on.  Great set, would love to see the footage one day.
